Shipping and Delivery
If you have purchased products, shipping will depend on their availability in physical stock. If it is available, the shipment will be made immediately in order to meet the delivery time. However, if they are not available, the availability of each product must be taken into account individually.
In the event of placing an order for several products with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In the event of any break in stock or unavailability of an article, the COMPANY will contact you immediately to inform you and offer you a new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve the product, proceed to its cancellation and reimbursement.
The COMPANY will deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer, which must be within the Territory (Peninsular Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands). The COMPANY will not be responsible for the errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address provided by the Client does not adjust to the place of delivery desired by the Client.
The delivery will be made through our logistics provider: [***]. The COMPANY will not be responsible for possible delays in the delivery service due to causes beyond its control or force majeure not related to the COMPANY.
Delivery of RollBrand products must be made to the address indicated within normal working hours. Delivery is considered to have taken place from the moment the product has been made available to the Customer at the delivery location indicated by the Customer. From the moment of delivery, the product is at the Customer’s risk. The delivery of orders will be made during the FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours following the confirmation and acceptance of your order, provided that such products are available in physical stock. Those orders whose products are not available in the physical stock will not be delivered during a maximum period of FORTY EIGHT (48) hours. Information regarding the availability or unavailability of the product in physical stock can be found in the description of the products marketed by the COMPANY.
In case the Customer is absent at the time of delivery of the products, the logistics provider will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery, at no cost to the Customer. The first two delivery attempts are free of charge for the Customer. If, after XX (XX) working days from the date of the notice, the Client has not contacted the logistics provider to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the COMPANY and the Client will have to pay the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.
The costs of delivery are entirely at the expense of the Customer. Purchases exceeding the amount
The prices published on the Website are in Euros and are valid, except for typographical errors. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order, and any other taxes that may apply for mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale on the Website.
However, these prices do not include the costs corresponding to the shipping of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.
The offers on the products are duly marked and identified as such and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the articles will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order. In the event that a manifest error is detected in the price of one of the articles that the Customer has purchased, the order will be cancelled as soon as possible and the full amount will be refunded. The COMPANY is not obliged to supply the product at the wrong price if the error in price is evident and unmistakable. In the orders with destination to the Canary Islands, the deliveries will be exempt of VAT by application of the disposed in the article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice of the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs according to the current regulations in each one of these territories. Unless otherwise specified, it must be considered that the COMPANY does not take responsibility for any costs related to customs duties and the corresponding taxes and tariffs of shipments to the Canary Islands. These costs are therefore borne by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of the order. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be increased by the corresponding fees for the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be communicated to the Customer before formalizing the purchase itself.
When placing the order, the Customer may freely choose to pay for the purchase by means of a VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit and/or debit card, or by means of a PayPal account.
